Who We Are

A Local Team That Actually Shows Up Prepared

We started 5 Star Garage Door Service because too many Stonewood, WV homeowners were getting rushed, vague quotes from crews they'd never see twice.

That distinction matters more than most homeowners realize until they've had a bad experience with the alternative.

Professional Garage Door technician working in Stonewood, WV

Our Stonewood, WV crews don't guess at spring tension or roller condition — they carry calibrated tools and check the full system before recommending a fix.

Residential emergency calls, scheduled installs, commercial preventive maintenance — 5 Star Garage Door Service built its Stonewood, WV reputation across all of it, not just the easy jobs.

We carry the bonding and coverage Stonewood, WV requires for this trade, and we don't consider that optional paperwork.

Behind every Stonewood, WV truck is a dispatch team tracking parts inventory and technician locations in real time, so a call doesn't get lost in a generic queue.

We send Stonewood, WV crews to manufacturer certification courses for new models rather than leaving them to guess at a system released last year.

Catch It Early

Warning Signs A Stonewood, WV Door Is About To Fail

A garage door almost never fails without warning first — it tells you, if you're listening.

New Noise On Every Cycle

Metal-on-metal grinding usually means a bearing or roller is near the end of its service life.

Visible Gap At The Track

A door that looks tilted mid-cycle is under uneven load and can jump the track without warning.

Opener Reverses Randomly

A door that reverses right before closing usually means a misaligned safety sensor.

A quick inspection now costs far less than the breakdown that follows if any of this goes unaddressed.
